How to install the app

1. Sign up for Hunchling

2. Visit the installation link: https://www.hunchling.com/settings

3. There, you'll see an option for Intercom

4. Enable Hunchling for Intercom

How to use the app

1. Once you enable Hunchling for Intercom, Hunchling will take some time to backfill and index your Intercom messages

2. When ready, you can now begin searching through Intercom messages in Hunchling

How to use Hunchling after Installation

1. Enter a search term in the search input field (e.g. "table bug")

2. Hunchling will use lexical search to look up any instances of messages in conversations that reference 'table bug'

3. Hunchling will sort the search results by Intercom conversations so it is easier to sort and look up what results you find

4. ​Clicking any result will pull up that conversation with a focus on the message you queried for. This will help you find any messages referencing 'table bug' in the app
