Welcome to Hunchling. Follow the steps below to get started

Onboarding

Step 1: Click Sign in with Google on https://hunchling.com/ to create an account

Step 2: Click Connect to start the Intercom authentication flow

Step 3: Sign-in to Intercom if needed → Click Authorize access to share your Intercom data with Hunchling

Once Hunchling is authorized, all historical messages will start syncing in batches. ~900 conversations are synced per minute. You can view progress in Settings ⚙️ .

Step 4: You can start searching immediately as conversations sync. Click the Hunchling logo in the upper left to return to the search dashboard. Try searching!

If a historical conversation has > 500 messages, Intercom only shares the most recent 500 messages with Hunchling.
